Seminar attendees are invited to make their own hotel reservations directly with their preferred hotel.
Below are links and prices with preferential rates at the Royal Hotels & Resorts, Dubrovnik where the meeting will take place, as well as additional recommended hotels located nearby, in Dubrovnik (all rates include breakfast and service charges).
When making reservations with the hotels offering preferred rates participants should indicate that they are attending the ESASI Seminar 2026.
The tourist tax of EUR 2.65 per person, per night is payable directly at the hotel.

If guests wish to extend their stay or arrive earlier, these additional nights cannot be booked using the link code. For any extra nights, they should contact the hotel directly after securing their primary reservation through the link.
Please note that by completing the booking through the link, guests are securing their accommodation only. Full payment will be made upon check-out at the hotel reception.
The link is valid until April 6th, 2026, during which reservations can be made at the agreed-upon rates. After this date, any unbooked rooms will be released, and future bookings will be subject to availability and new rates.
