Registration - now open
Registration is now open for the ESASI 2026 seminar.
The seminar will begin at 09:00 on Wednesday 20 May (with registration and refreshments from 08:00) and end at 12:30 on Thursday 21 May. Registration fees for the event are:

ISASI members - 200 EUR

non-members - 250 EUR

Companion attending Wednesday dinner - 80 EUR
The fee for attendees includes access to the seminar, refreshments (lunch, drinks and snacks) during the event and a dinner on the Wednesday evening with transport provided from and back to the seminar venue.
The organised social dinner on the 20th of May is offered for all seminar participants. Delegates are welcome to bring a companion to the dinner upon payment of 80 EUR.

Buses leave from the Royal Hotel at 18:30. Return back to the Royal Hotel at 22:00.
Register and pay

You will need to enter contact details for all attendees. (name, tel no, organisation) before you pay and submit.
If you are also bringing a companion to the social event on the evening of 20th May you will need to register and pay for them separately, using the link below.
