Registration is now open for the ESASI 2025 seminar. The event will be held in Vienna, Austria, from 14 to 15 May. This follows recent successful ESASI seminars held in Budapest in 2022, Bratislava 2023 and the annual ISASI seminar, October 2024, in Lisbon. The seminar will be held in person only. Presentations will be given on various aspects of safety investigation, including recent case studies, the development of new investigation techniques and challenges facing investigators. The event provides an excellent opportunity to learn from and network with fellow investigators. The seminar will begin at 09:00 on Wednesday 14 May (with registration and refreshments from 08:00) and end at 12:30 on Thursday 15 May. Registration fees for the event are:

ISASI members - 150 EUR
Non-members - 200 EUR
Companion attending Wednesday dinner - 90 EUR   

The fee for attendees includes access to the seminar, refreshments (drinks and snacks) during the event and a dinner on the Wednesday evening with transport provided from and back to the seminar venue.

Delegates are welcome to bring a companion to the dinner upon payment of the appropriate fee. Non-members can find out more information about ISASI membership here.

The seminar registration fee does not include lunch, which delegates will be able to buy near the seminar venue, or accommodation. Please use the links below to register for the seminar and to pay for attendance by PayPal or Credit/Debit card. If anyone is unable to use PayPal, please e-mail matt.greaves@helioffshore.org to discuss alternative payment methods.

Discounted rates (from 145EUR per night single occupancy to 246EUR for double occupancy) have been negotiated at three local hotels. These rates include breakfast, taxes and service charges, and will be available until 31 March 2025. Cancellation is free of charge until 7 days prior to arrival. In case of early departure, late cancellation, or No-Show, 100 % of the gross total amount will be charged.

All three hotels are 15 minutes by metro from the seminar venue near station Wien Mitte/Landstrasse. Delegates wishing to obtain the preferential rate are required to download the hotel booking form by clicking on the link below, completing it and e-mailing it to their selected hotel.
