FocusOn…Communicating with Families
The next topic in our popular ESASI ‘FocusOn…’ series is the important subject of ‘Communicating with Families’. It will take place on Wednesday 15 November 2023, starting at 14:00 UTC and will be held on Zoom (Zoom access will open at 13:45 UTC).
We have an excellent line-up of presenters who will examine this topic from the perspective of an airline, a safety investigation authority, a crisis management company, a legal organisation, and most importantly, the families who have suffered a loss.
The event will be chaired by Geraint Herbert, Principal Inspector at the UK Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB).
